Friendship

Friendship comes from the heart
Though at times it may seem that were apart.
A long way away, a distance to long
Friendship is tough friendship is strong.
Even though we have moved on,
Got on with our own lives
We still have that one thing in common that keeps us together.
In spirit, in soul, emotionally strong
We create a bond, a bond that connects us.
Keeps us together, forever and ever
That bond cannot be lost if we are strong
Friendship is tough, friendship is strong,
Since friendship comes from the heart
If it is deep enough we can never be torn apart!

Annoying Itch

Got an itch one annoying itch
Under my bandage it throbs and pricks
to scratch it
But what can I use
A pen a pencil
Who cares about the bruise?
I can use a fan
Cool my head down
Have a sleep or a lie down
Change my dressing
It’s just an idea
Then again,
Don't make that itch disappear.
