My journey is the third in a series of poetry books that focuses on Anxiety and depression. Following on from my second book Another Way which focuses on epilepsy and other neurological conditions.
The book is available to download as a print on demand and as a kindle download on Amazon and other online stores.
I have been writing poetry for over 20 years. My other passions include charity work, books and music. I also enjoy travelling; a leisure pursuit that often influences my poems.

The words in each poem describe my feelings and emotions. They are a variety of experiences and observations as I perceive, experience. Feel or encounters as I see them.
I also feel that there will be a poem in here for everyone as the reader can have something to relate to. Or you can use some of these poems to send to a loved one, Friend or family member if you are struggling with expressing words.
On reading a poem doesn't just look at the words. Read the poem with feeling, an open mind as i did when writing them.
So choose one at random, read which rings out or interest you.

Another Way was written with the aim of raising awareness for people living with various disabilities.
I have been writing poetry ever since the age of ten and live with the challenges of epilepsy.
I hope the poems provide joy and inspiration to all, but especially those suffering from any form of disability.
